A beautiful encounter with the lions, in a amazing environment, served by great staff. Great time!!
Positive: Upon arrival we were confused on how to enter the room, fortunately, Pam was there to assist us. She drove with us to our room and assisted us with entering the correct code. Her assistance was absoloutely awesome. There was also another lady there (we did not get her name) but she was so friendly and helpful as well.
Negative: Everything was great. The lions were active right in front of our window. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed. No complaints at all! It was truely an awesome, awesome experience. Wished we could have stayed longer!
